Vivo X60 Pro Plus with Snapdragon 888 and Zeiss Camera

After the X60 and X60 Pro, Vivo launched the newest member of the mobile series, namely the X60 Pro Plus. This phone is the tallest model among the three and carries the most qualified specifications.

The X60 Pro Plus does not use the Samsung Exynos 1080 chip like the X60 and X60 Pro, but instead the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Vivo has also provided it with updated gimbal-based shake suppression technology. The main Vivo X60 Pro Plus camera was designed in partnership with the Zeiss lens manufacturer. The sensor uses a Samsung Isocell GN1 50 MP which has a physical size of 1 / 1.3 inches, and an aperture of f / 1.57 with a Zeiss-style T * (T-star) coating.

The main camera of Vivo X60 Pro Plus uses conventional OIS. The gimbal technology is instead embedded in an ultra wide camera that has a 114 degree field of view (f / 2.0) with a 48 MP Sony IMX598 sensor. Furthermore, there is a 32 MP telephoto camera (f / 2.1) with a 2x optical zoom level, then a second telephoto camera, 8 MP, with a periscope lens (f / 3.4) with a 5x optical zoom range.

To produce a nicer image, the Vivo X60 Pro Plus rear camera is also equipped with a number of features such as Super Night Mode 2.0 to increase light sensitivity by 38.8 percent and focus accuracy by 22 percent. The front camera has a resolution of 32 MP (f / 2.5) and is loaded in a punch hole above the AMOLED screen on the Vivo X60 Pro Plus, which has a diagonal of 6.56 inches (2,376 x 1,080 pixels), with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.

Apart from the Snapdragon 888, the internal components of the X60 Pro Plus include 8/12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 128 GB / 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory, and a 4,200 mAh capacity battery with support for fast charging 55 watts.

Other specifications include NFC, in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by), 5G, USB Type-C port, 4K / 8K video recording, dual-band Wi-Fi, and OS. Android 11 is layered with the new OriginOS 1.0 interface. Sales of the X60 Pro Plus will begin on January 30 in China. There are two color choices available, namely Orange and Dark Blue. This phone is priced at 5,000 Yuan for the 8 GB / 128 GB variant and 6,000 Yuan for the 12 GB / 256 GB model.
