iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini launch in purple

Along with the launch of a series of new products, Apple introduced a purple color variant for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.

“This stunning new color will join the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini family, which will be available in five displays, also features an advanced dual camera system, Super Retina display, updated durability, A14 chip, long battery life and a 5G experience. “Apple’s deputy director of global marketing, Greg Joswiak, said in a press statement, quoted Wednesday.

The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini in purple measure 6.1 inches and 5.4 inches, respectively. Both phones are made of the aluminum material used in the fuselage and a ceramic coating on the front.

Both use the Super Retina XDR screen, in the form of an OLED panel that can provide a precise brightness level and HDR resolution up to two times brighter than the iPhone 11.

The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini are powered by the A14 Bionic chip, using 5 nanometer technology for the fast CPU and GPU, useful for gaming and photography experiences.

This chip has a 16-core Neural Engine which will increase performance by 80 percent compared to previous generation chips.

Photography with dual cameras on this duo of phones is also supported by the A14 Bionic chip, in the form of an ultra-wide lens and wide aperture of f / 1.6, the fastest on the iPhone and provides 27 percent more light.

The iPhone 12 series is equipped with Night mode, True Depth and Smart HDR3 features that use machine learning to adjust the white balance, contrast, texture and saturation of photos.

The purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini already run the iOS 14.5 operating system, which features unlocking the phone with Apple Watch when using a mask, new emojis and an update to the Apple Podcast app.

The purple phone for the two iPhones 12 will be available in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB storage options, starting at US $ 699 for the iPhone 12 mini and US $ 799 for the iPhone 12.
